RCGA Rules Govern All Play except where local rules may apply.
Out of Bounds: defined by white stakes - to right of 1, 4, 7 & 9
Water Hazards: defined by yellow stakes - creek crossing 2, 6 & 9
Lateral Water Hazards: defined by red stakes - to the right of 3
Marked Sprinkler Heads: are measured to the centre of the green
